In contrast, the commercial space scene tells a different story, there’s a shortage, especially in prime business districts, which is pushing office prices up and keeping demand strong.

In May, 14% of all property sales were for homes priced above AED5 million. But the market wasn’t just about the ultra-rich—30% of deals were in the AED1-2 million range, with plenty of action below AED1 million too.
