Aldar Properties has achieved a significant milestone with the complete sell-out of the first phase of The Wilds, its third development in Dubai in collaboration with Dubai Holding.

The highly successful launch secured AED 5 billion in sales through a series of local and international events, further cementing Aldar’s reputation as a key player in Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Strong Demand for Nature-Inspired Living

The first phase saw the sale of 734 villas, offering three, four, and five-bedroom layouts. Designed as a peaceful sanctuary, The Wilds seamlessly integrates modern living with sustainable architecture, appealing to buyers seeking a tranquil, nature-focused lifestyle.

The development has resonated particularly well with younger buyers, with 52% of purchasers under the age of 45, reflecting a strong demand for family-friendly, wellness-oriented living spaces. Additionally, 85% of sales came from first-time Aldar customers, showcasing the company’s expanding reach and growing trust among Dubai’s real estate investors.
