In a landmark transaction that underscores the strength and appeal of Dubai’s high-end property market, Union Square House (USH) has brokered the sale of two ultra-luxurious apartments at Jumeirah Asora Bay by Meraas, located in the prestigious La Mer district, for a combined total of AED 234 million ($63.7 million).
The first unit, a six-bedroom simplex spanning 18,182 square feet, sold for approximately AED 164 million ($44.7 million), while the second, a four-bedroom simplex covering 7,728 square feet, fetched AED 69.5 million ($18.9 million).
Jumeirah Asora Bay is a premium collection of 29 residences, ranging from 4- to 6-bedroom apartments, along with an exclusive 7-bedroom penthouse. Each residence offers private amenities and shared spaces, managed by Jumeirah.
