Mirage Leisure Partners with Global Partners for New Mixed-Use Project in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2
Mirage Leisure and Development has announced an exciting new collaboration with Global Partners Limited to deliver a major mixed-use lifestyle project in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2. This agreement marks a significant step forward for Mirage as they continue to expand their presence in Dubai’s rapidly evolving real estate sector.
Mirage Leisure, which is currently developing landmark projects in 22 locations worldwide, will bring a family-oriented development to the Al Jaddaf community. The project, spanning a gross floor area (GFA) of 172,000sqm, will feature a blend of branded residences, including villas and apartments. Its prime location offers stunning views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai, and it’s also conveniently located near the renowned Swiss Scientific International School.
Currently in the design phase, the project is set to break ground in Q1 2026, with an anticipated completion date of Q4 2029. The development promises to offer a perfect mix of luxury living and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for families.

This partnership signals an exciting new chapter for Mirage Leisure in Dubai’s growing real estate market.
