Slated for completion by mid-2027, Design Quarter at d3 will feature 558 apartments distributed across three structures—one low-rise and two high-rise—integrated within a landscaped podium. This elevated podium will serve as a communal space, connecting the residential towers and fostering a vibrant social environment. Amenities will include co-working areas, an indoor-outdoor gym, swimming pool facilities, barbecue zones, and dedicated children’s play areas.
